Crown Jewelry Casting
Services

One casting house.

Everything we do is wired into the same quality bench, the same NYC workshop, and the same white-glove logistics. Pick the service you need — or stitch several together.

Casting

Production-grade jewelry casting for designers, brands, and manufacturers who need consistent, repeatable results — whether the run is ten pieces or ten thousand. Every job moves through the same controlled flow: wax verification, optimized tree assembly, ramped burnout, controlled pour temperature, and bench-level inspection before it leaves the shop.

Lost-wax investment casting is tuned for the detail jewelers actually fight for — micro-pavé seats, knife edges, milgrain that survives. We pour the full precious-metal range under one roof: yellow, white, and rose gold from 10k through 22k, sterling silver, platinum, and palladium, with dedicated crucibles per metal family.

  • Jewelry Casting — single piece to bulk production
  • Investment Casting — micro-pavé and milgrain reproduction
  • Precious Metal Casting — 10k–22k gold, sterling silver, platinum, palladium

CAD to Casting

Hand off your CAD and we handle the rest. Send STL, 3DM, or OBJ files; we print castable resin patterns, build the tree, burn out, cast, and finish to your spec.

Designers without a print farm get production-quality output. Manufacturers get a flexible overflow partner who speaks their file format.

  • Accepts STL, 3DM, OBJ, STEP
  • High-resolution castable resin
  • No design redraw fees

3D Print to Production

Already printing your own patterns? Ship them. We accept castable resin prints from DLP, MSLA, and wax-printer workflows and translate them directly into production metal.

We'll flag any wall-thickness or support-mark issues before they hit the kiln — and tell you if the print is going to give you trouble in the flask.

White Glove Logistics

Crown runs door-to-door pickup and delivery across the five boroughs and insured, tracked shipping nationwide. Your pieces never sit in a generic dropbox.

Pickup windows are confirmed, chain-of-custody is logged, and finished work comes back the same way it left — packaged for a bench, not a warehouse.

Manufacturing Partnerships

For brands and manufacturers running ongoing production, Crown operates as an extension of your team. Standing capacity, repeat-order workflows, alloy and finish standards documented, and a single point of contact who knows your jobs by name.

If your existing caster is the bottleneck — or you're scaling past one — let's talk about a long-term arrangement.

FAQ

Questions jewelers actually ask.

What's your minimum order?+

There is no hard minimum — we cast single pieces for designers and full production runs for brands. Pricing scales with volume but small jobs are welcome.

What file formats do you accept?+

STL, 3DM (Rhino), OBJ, and STEP for CAD. We also accept castable resin 3D prints and physical wax models shipped to the shop.

What is your typical turnaround?+

Next-day turnaround on standard runs once files or waxes are received. Complex trees, large quantities, or platinum may extend timelines — we confirm in writing on every quote.

Which metals do you pour?+

Yellow, white, and rose gold from 10k to 22k, sterling silver, platinum 950, and palladium 950 — all in-house, with dedicated crucibles per metal family.

Do you work with independent designers?+

Yes. A meaningful share of our work is small designers and emerging brands. You don't need a wholesale account to send us a job.

Do you ship nationwide?+

Yes — fully insured and tracked. Within NYC we offer door-to-door pickup and delivery so your pieces never hit a generic dropbox.

How does pricing work?+

Pricing is per piece based on metal weight, complexity, and quantity. Send us your file or specs and we'll return a written quote as soon as possible.

Can you handle stone setting or finishing?+

Our core service is precision casting. We polish and inspect every piece; stone setting and final finishing are coordinated through manufacturing partnerships on request.
