Seven controlled steps. Every job, every metal, every time. Here's exactly what happens after your CAD, wax, or print arrives.

File & Model Intake
We accept CAD (STL, 3DM, OBJ, STEP), castable resin 3D prints, or physical wax models. Every intake is reviewed for wall thickness, gating concerns, and detail risk before it ever moves to the bench.

Tree Assembly
Patterns are sprued and assembled onto a tree with attention to flow path, sprue diameter, and orientation. Good tree design is the difference between clean fills and a job that needs to be re-poured.

Mold Preparation
Trees are invested with a jewelry-grade gypsum-bonded investment, vacuum de-bubbled, and set. Flask sizes and ratios are dialed in for the metal family being poured.

Burnout & Casting
Flasks ride a controlled multi-stage burnout ramp to fully eliminate wax and resin residues. Metal is poured at family-specific temperatures using vacuum or centrifugal casting depending on the alloy.

Finishing
Flasks are quenched, divested, and pieces are cut from the tree. Sprues are ground, surfaces tumbled, and each piece is brought to a clean, set-ready state.

Quality Control
Every piece is inspected under magnification for porosity, fill issues, dimensional accuracy, and surface defects. Anything that doesn't pass is re-poured — not shipped.

White-Glove Delivery
Finished work is packaged for a bench, not a warehouse. NYC pickups and deliveries are door-to-door; nationwide shipments are fully insured and tracked.
